

Our cooking classes are always hands on and typically limited to 8 people thus a fair amount of individual attention is given to each person. Very friendly, warm, enthusiastic environment to learn new techniques, dishes and ideas. Every class ends with all of us sitting down at the table and sharing the dishes we just created. Classes are often focused on a particular cuisine (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Ital etc.) or based on a particular seasonal ingredient. Explore the variety and methods in creating delicious vegan recipes from across the world cuisines!
